Distillerie Deinlein's first ever 10 year old Eau de Vie (Schnapps)! 42% alc/vol, 500mL

We recently bottled the most amazing Obstler in our short history, blended from 2004 vintage Apple and Pear distillates with our pure spring water. A very, very limited edition of only 126 bottles. It's rare, it's incredibly smooth, and it's not to be repeated for many years.

This traditional Schnapps is blended from fermented and distilled Cox’s Orange and Braeburn Apples as well as Beurre Bosc and Williams Pears - all certified organic fruit from the Hawke's Bay. The time-honoured marriage of apples and pears gives this wonderful Obstler its honest and robust nose.

As you'd expect from Distillerie Deinlein, we demand exacting standards of all our spirits, but our Eau de Vie perhaps represents the pinnacle of the distillers' art. The sublime combination of powerful, long lasting flavours and fresh delicate top notes is achieved with nothing but amazing fruit, care and patience. As with any work of art, Distillerie Deinlein Eau de Vie is a truly limited, limited edition - from each batch only a few bottles pass our exacting quality standards. We label them accordingly, tracing each bottle number by hand, so that you can have the utmost confidence in their quality by the time you sit back to enjoy them.

We wouldn't expect you to cut corners, and you'll not see us doing so with our super premium Eau de Vie.
