8thTRIBE Kiwi Gold - Premium Liqueur, 26% alc/vol, 750mL

The family have always been divided on which is the best Kiwifruit; the original green, or the newish kid on the block, ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit. Because they are so different, the one thing we could agree on was that we needed to make both into super smooth distilled fruit liqueurs. Luckily, our sometimes disastrous learning experience with Green Kiwifruit (read about it on the 8thTRIBE Kiwifruit page), made crafting this little baby a relative breeze, but then hard work makes most things easy!

From the ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit comes layers of complexity that you couldn't imagine until you try it, bursting with the taste of a tropical summer - LUSCIOUSLY TROPICAL!

After slow and careful batch distillation, we blend this four times distilled liqueur with 100% pure water from our own spring; creating this luscious and full-bodied liqueur. Best enjoyed under the tropical sun, but really, any time will do!

These are two of our favourite ways to enjoy 8thTRIBE Kiwi Gold:

ON THE ROCKS - over ice, any time, any place

GOLDEN BREEZE

• 30mL 8thTRIBE Kiwi Gold Liqueur
• 30mL Cloudy Apple Juice
• 45mL Cranberry Juice

Combine all ingredients in a Boston Shaker (tip: don't forget the ice!). Strain into a chilled long glass, Garnish with a slice of apple.
